2. Data and purposes

You provide your name, company, email, telephone, application, product model and message electronically through the form or correspondence. They are processed to respond, prepare quotations, assess technical suitability and conduct pre-contract discussions. Session information, form tokens, timestamps and a hash derived from the IP address protect the form; server access logs may be processed for operation and security. Do not submit unnecessary identity documents, health data or sensitive third-party information.

3. Legal bases

Under Turkish Law No. 6698, processing necessary for a contract is based on Article 5(2)(c), legal obligations on 5(2)(ç), establishment or defence of rights on 5(2)(e), and necessary business communications and security on legitimate interests under 5(2)(f), subject to fundamental rights. Contract necessity is not automatically assumed for employees contacting us for their company; necessary correspondence is assessed under legitimate interests. A quotation request is not marketing consent.

4. Recipients and transfers

Authorised RMS staff access data as required for their duties. Hosting and email providers may access data to provide technical services; competent authorities for legal obligations; and legal advisers where necessary to protect a right. Transfers must be limited to their purpose and meet Article 8. This notice does not authorise international transfers: any overseas service must separately meet the applicable conditions of Article 9. Opening external maps or WhatsApp takes you to services governed by their providers' privacy terms.

5. Retention

Data is retained for the request and resulting business relationship, taking applicable statutory retention and legal claim periods into account. When the processing grounds cease, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with law. Indefinite retention is not intended.

6. Rights and requests

Article 11 provides rights to learn whether data is processed, request information, learn its purposes and whether use matches those purposes, identify domestic and overseas recipients, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion or destruction under Article 7 and notification of correction or deletion to recipients, object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Send an identifiable request to the registered company address in writing or use another legally permitted channel. You may email info@rmechs.com from an address previously supplied and recorded in our systems. Requests are addressed within 30 days, subject to statutory procedure and fee provisions.
