1. Written commitments and statutory rights
Any additional commercial warranty duration, scope and remedies are stated only in the relevant quotation, order confirmation or separate written warranty. This page itself provides no additional time-limited commercial warranty. Absence of an additional written warranty does not remove liability for defects, agreed product characteristics, product safety duties or mandatory rights.
2. Assessment request
Contact info@rmechs.com with the product code, invoice or order reference, serial/LOT, operating conditions, fault timing and photographs or video if available. Avoid modifying the product before assessment unless needed for safety; document any necessary intervention. RMS will provide assessment and shipping instructions. Receipt for assessment is not itself an admission of defect or free service.
3. Assessment
Normal wear, incompatible fluids, selection or installation errors, dry running, contamination, excessive pressure/temperature/speed or unauthorised modifications are assessed in relation to the actual cause. Their presence does not automatically invalidate every claim. Delivery condition, agreed specifications, application data and RMS guidance are considered together.
If the assessment determines that the issue originates from the RMS product, no additional commercial warranty is provided beyond a one-time product replacement. This condition is subject to the statutory rights and binding written commitments described in section 1.
